Vendor is responsible, accountable and liable to adhere with all legal requirements for any product posted by them. They are responsible for the harms or loss caused by their products. They are responsible to abide by customer rights requirments of organization and to ensure that return, refund and privacy of customers at all time. They need to abide by all laws of the land they are operating.
They can mutually agree on T&C for shipping and taxation requirement.
Vendor give his consent for monetary margin set by the organization.
